Safe food is a process, not a promise. Every batch we release is documented, tested and traceable back to the farm it came from.

Policy statement

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is committed to manufacturing safe, consistent and honestly labelled food and drink in full compliance with Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) requirements, and in line with ISO quality management and HACCP food-hygiene guidelines. Management provides the training, equipment and resources needed to uphold this policy, reviews it annually, and holds every employee accountable for the quality of what leaves our plant.

    Raw material testing

    Every delivery of potatoes, plantain, groundnuts and fruit is weighed, graded and sampled on intake. Anything outside spec is rejected at the gate.

  2. 02

    Touchless hygienic production

    Enclosed, food-grade lines with gowning, hand-sanitising and colour-coded tools keep human contact with product to a minimum.

  3. 03

    Batch testing

    Moisture, oil, seal integrity, fill weight and sensory checks are run on every batch and signed off before release.

  4. 04

    Farm-to-shelf traceability

    Batch codes tie each pack back through the shift record to the farm intake it came from, so any query can be traced in minutes.
